(LMI) is seeking a Mail Clerk to handle incoming mail receipts as a result of record requests and to prepare outgoing requests for records and other correspondence.
The clerk is responsible for scanning in paper mail receipts and processing electronic mail receipts.
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, working a hybrid schedule:
2 days remote and 3 days per week on site in our Chesterland, OH office.
The expected schedule for the role is 8:
30 am - 5 pm ET.
You must have your own desktop or laptop and second screen to work when at home.
We do not support Chromebooks or tablets.
Required
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in an office environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, MS Excel and internet research.
Must have the ability to identify components of a legal and medical record.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a mail room or in record intake Knowledge of medical terminology Previous experience in data entry or document scanning/coding Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
