Responsibilities may include overseeing the construction of outdoor spaces and maintaining existing grounds, monitoring and training workers, using and supervising the use of equipment, ensuring staff observe safety guidelines and protocols.
To be successful you should be able to both follow and provide instructions.
A top-notch worker should constantly be expanding their knowledge, be a keen problem-solver, and possess remarkable communication skills.
Good driving record and customer relations are essential.
Shop in western Geauga County.
Clients primarily located on East side of Cleveland.
Willing to train.
Gardening Foreman Requirements:
High school diploma.
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping.
